The communicator behind A Class Act is Gary Schlee (pronounced shlay). Until Spring 2008, I co-ordinated the postgraduate Corporate Communications & Public Relations program at Centennial College in Toronto, where I had been teaching since 1980. I now operate Gary Schlee Communications.
An accredited business communicator (ABC) through the International Association of Business Communicators, and a past president of IABC/Toronto, I have also worked in communications for a professional association and a multinational petroleum company. My experience includes working as a newspaper editor and reporter, and cranking out a music column for more than a decade.
A Class Act encourages comments from public relations educators, students and practitioners. I can be reached at gary[dot]schlee[at]gmail[dot]com.

Hi Gary,
As you know, a blog that is not updated falls into disuse. If you have retired from the PR teaching game, it might be time to look for a suitable replacement for managing this blog. I’d hate to see it dissolve when the subject matter is so important.
